 1) Above information pertains to direct recruitment Backlog.

 2) BBMB is a Statutory body constituted under the Punjab Re-Organization Act-1966 for Operation and Maintenance of BBMB Projects. The Staff required by BBMB is provided by the Partner States. Accordingly, manpower against the vacant posts in BBMB is provided by the Partner States. Such employees are treated as on transfer from their parent departments to the Board and are governed by the same terms and conditions of reservation as are applicable to them in their Parent Department. In case partner states are unable to provide staff to BBMB, BBMB recruit its own staff against the vacant posts.
