BBMB is headed by a Whole Time Chairman and two Whole Time Members i.e. Member (Irrigation) and Member (Power) who head the Irrigation and Power Wings of BBMB respectively. The Financial Adviser & CAO heads the Finance and Accounts Wing of BBMB.
Secretary and Special Secretary assist the Chairman and the Whole Time Members of BBMB in the normal working of the Board.

Engineer Vikas Banger took over as Director/Security, BBMB on 06.07.2026. He joined Haryana Power Generation Corporation Limited on 10.05.1999 and then BBMB on 01.01.2019.

Er. Rajiv Shahi took over the charge as Director/HRD, BBMB on 04.02.2025 A.N. He joined PSPCL (Erstwhile PSEB) on 19.11.1997 and then BBMB on 09.12.1997.
Qualification: B.E. (Electrical) from Punjabi University Patiala.
Work Experience: He has experience of working in O&M of Hydro Power Plant, Purchase, Power Plant Design, Operation of SLDC, Transmission Design, Personnel Dept. and as Jt. Secy./S.E. (Technical) with Chairman, BBMB.
