DETAILED NOTICE INVITING e-TENDERS
Sr Executive Engineer, Township Division, B.B.M.B. Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) invites item-rate for carrying out the following works on through rates, on work order basis, from Central / State Govt. / B.B.M.B. registered contractors / Co-operative Labour & Construction Societies of appropriate class, up to 28-05-2026 at 15.30 PM and will be opened on 29-05-2026 at 15.30 P.M. in the office of the undersigned in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representative, if any, desires to be present. The Tender should be submitted online before the stipulated time and last date prescribed. Prospective Contractors are advised to register themselves with Service provider.
In case of holiday on the opening date, the tenders will be opened on next working day as per same schedule of timings.

1. Detailed NIT/ Design /Specifications and Term and conditions can be seen in the office of Undersigned on any working day during working hours. 2.i) Tender form shall only be issued on the presentation of following documents along with the application for tender form.
ii) Copy of GST No.
iii) Attested photo copy of PAN.
iv) Attested copy of registration as contractor of appropriate class.
v) Proof of experience and capacity of handling similar work (Attach original/ attested copy of Performance certificate issue
by the concerned Engineer-in-charge.)
vi) Affidavit to the effect that (i) none of the Contractors relative is working in BBMB. (ii) That contractor has never been
black listed.
vii) EPF Registration Certificate and in case EPF registration is not applicable then an undertaking on Non judicial Stamp
paper that EPF registration is not applicable under EPF Act 1952 should be furnished with the bid.
