Details

 

 

The tender document (specification) shall be allowed to download to those interested bidders who fulfill the following Pre-Qualifying conditions. The documents meeting the requisite Pre-Qualifying conditions to be submitted by the bidder must reach the office of Director/P&D (TS), BBMB, Chandigarh before 1700 Hrs of dated- 17.01.2017.

i)              Average Annual financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year, should be at least      Rs.4,55,000/- (Rupees Four Lacs Fifty Five Thousand only). The bidder should submit requisite copy of the annual turnover duly certified by Authorized Chartered Accountant/ Equivalent Certifying Authority.

 

ii)              Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which bids are invited should be either of the following:-

 

a)     Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.6,05,000/- (Rupees Six Lacs Five Thousand only).

                                    Or

 

b)    Two similar completed works costing not less than the                              amount equal to to Rs.7,55,000/- (Rupees Seven Lacs Fifty FIve Thousand only).

 

                              Or

c)     One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to   Rs.12,10,000/- (Rupees Twelve Lacs Ten Thousand only).

 

iii)            a)  Bidder will submit copies of Work Orders/Allotment letters executed by him with his PQ documents.

b)  The experience certificate of the work already executed with cost from State or Central Govt. departments or their Boards or Corporations or Autonomous bodies or Municipal Corporations/Committees/Councils or Public Sector Enterprises etc. must be taken from the client for whom the bidder has executed the works and it should be signed by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent officer.

           The similar works means Construction/Special Repairs of buildings or Water Supply/Sewerage or any other civil works involving Cement Concrete or Brick Masonry works in  State or Central Govt. departments or their Boards or Corporations or Autonomous bodies or Municipal Corporations/Committees/Councils or Public Sector Enterprises etc.

 

iv)                   Latest Income Tax Return / PAN copy.

 

v)                   Copy of valid enlistment of contractor in the respective Class from State or Central Govt. departments or their Boards or Corporations or Autonomous bodies or Municipal Corporations/Committees/Councils or Public Sector Enterprises etc. for Civil Works.

 

vi)                  The Contractor should have the valid Service Tax Registration with Excise & Taxation department and photocopy of the Service Tax Registration Certificate may be furnished by the Contractor while submitting the request for tender documents.

(v)      Registration with the e-tendering website.

(vi)     Vendors/Contractors shall be permitted to participate in any other e-tender on the service provider''s website for any other organization to whom the services are being provided.

(vii)    User Manual/ Training Kit to the Vendor/ Contractor.

(viii)    Any no. of users of Vendor/ Contractor organization can take training on the e-tendering system.

  • Bidder who wishes to participate in this tender needs to procure Digital Signature Certificate as per Information Technology Act-2000 using that they can digitally sign their electronic bids. Bidder who wish to participate in e-Tender need to fill data in predefined forms of Price bid available in respective tender only. After filling data in predefined forms bidders need to click on final submission link to submit their encrypted bid. Bidder need to submit Document Fees, EMD & Reference Documents in hard copy if such instruction is given by tendering authority. As Per the new Inter-operability guidelines released by Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA), the Secured Socket Layer (SSL) certificate for a e-procurement application is generated on a new algorithm, SHA2.

Also, the Digital Certificates that will be applicable for these platforms have to be SHA2 algorithm complaint. For the same, the users have to ensure that they have Windows7 or latest installed in their respective PC/Laptop.
